Need more staff than your plan includes? Extra specialists are +R49/month each on either plan. Standard tops out at 4 extra (8 total) — past that, Pro works out better anyway. Example: a Pro salon with 11 staff = R699 + (3 extra × R49) = R846/month.

Common questions

Is there a commission on bookings?

No — Specialist and Salon plans are flat fees with no commission on services booked through the platform. Only Marketplace Store plans carry a product-sales commission.

What happens if my salon grows past its plan's staff limit?

Extra specialists are +R49/month each. Salon Standard allows up to 4 extra (8 total); beyond that, Salon Pro is the better deal since it already includes 8.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or add the Marketplace Store at any time from your provider dashboard. If you remove a staff member, your next bill adjusts automatically.

How do Marketplace Store payouts work?

Payouts are made on a rolling basis to your linked bank account, minus the plan's commission on completed sales.
